01. Legal & Regulatory Redlines

Unlicensed Investment Advisory
Strictly prohibited: Posting "Copy-trading" signals, profit-sharing promises, or providing personalized investment advice without valid regulatory licenses (e.g., SEC, CFTC, SFC, or local equivalents).
Illicit Cross-border Trading
Prohibited: Promotion of unauthorized offshore binary options, illicit FX margin trading, or underground capital flow channels.
Market Manipulation
Prohibited: Spreading false rumors or "insider information" intended to manipulate price discovery in low-liquidity options or futures contracts.

02. Quantitative & Technical Standards

To maintain a high-signal environment, users are expected to adhere to the following:

Encouraged Conduct
  • Parameter Transparency: When sharing strategies, disclose underlying assumptions (e.g., Volatility Surface, Risk-Free Rate, Cost of Carry).
  • Quantitative Analysis: Prioritize discussions based on Greeks (Δ, Γ, ν, θ, ρ) over purely speculative directionality.
  • Code Integrity: Provide well-documented scripts (Python/Julia/C++) including stress tests for slippage and liquidity constraints.
Prohibited Low-Quality Content
  • Posting "Survivor Bias" PnL screenshots without accompanying Risk-Adjusted metrics (e.g., Sharpe Ratio, Max Drawdown).
  • Financial "Mysticism" or non-logical predictions lacking empirical evidence.

03. Anti-Fraud & Identity

3.1 Identity Verification: Institutional professionals (Sell-side/Buy-side) are encouraged to complete professional verification. Impersonating exchanges or regulators is a zero-tolerance offense.

3.2 Anti-Solicitation: No private solicitations (e.g., "Join my Telegram for signals"). This is to protect members from potential financial scams and phishing.

3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all actions taken via your account. Credentials must not be shared.

04. Data Attribution & Intellectual Property

  • Proprietary Data: Users must respect Terms of Service for data providers (Bloomberg, Wind, Refinitiv). Do not redistribute proprietary datasets.
  • Confidentiality: Do not leak internal risk management systems, non-public LP data, or trade secrets of financial institutions.
  • Open Source & IP: Original strategies shared here remain the IP of the author. Commercial redistribution requires written consent.
